| Day 1 | Depart Los Angeles | You leave for Thailand from LAX at in the late evening. (Meals on flight) |
| Day 2 | In Flight | In flight. You lose this day due to the International Dateline. You will regain it on the return trip. |
| Day 3 | Bangkok | Arrive in Thailand. Our guide will meet your group and transfer you to your hotel. Then we will take you to dinner and for a complimentary Thai Massage. |
| Day 4 | Bangkok | Today the day begins with a trip to the Golden Buddha Temple. Afterwards you will visit the Reclining Buddha Temple. After lunch you will go to the incredible Grand Palace with Wat Pra Kaeo. Evening: Traditional Thai dinner with classical dances, traditional performances, and beautiful costumes. (Possibly meet the dancers before backstage) B, L, D |
| Day 5 | Chiang Mai | Today you will fly to Chiang Mai. There your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. B, L |
| Day 6 | Chiang Mai | The day begins with a visit to the Doi Suthep, the ancient temple site. After lunch we will take you to the hotel to check in. Afterwards there will be a trip to the Handicraft "villages"--actually the various factories of the many things which the Thais make very well: silk, silver crafting, umbrellas, cloissonne, furniture and leather. Visit the Chiang Mai and Tribal Research Center with guide. B, L, D Evening Option: The Night Market. |
| Day 7 | Chiang Mai | After breakfast you will visit the Elephant Camp, see the elephant show and cultural show, take a one hour elephant ride, go on a bamboo raft and learn about the noble Asian elephant and the worker monkeys. You will also visit the Orchid Farm. Evening - Khantoke dinner with hilltribe dances. B, L, D |
| Day 8 | Chiang Rai | After breakfast you will go on an excursion to visit the hilltribe villages where you will meet the Aca, the Hmong, Yao and the Karen. Lunch will be at local restaurants along the way. Then you will arrive in Chiang Rai and check into the hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant in Chiang Rai. B, L, D |
| Day 9 | Chiang Rai | Today you will visit the Queen Mother's Home and Garden, Doi Tung. Then we will return you to your hotel. B, L |
| Day 10 | Bangkok | The day begins with a drive to the Burmese border. Then you will go to the historic Golden Triangle where three countries share a border: Thailand, Laos and Burma (Myanmar). Then you will take a ride on a small river boat to the Burmese side and stop on a small island owned by Laos. You will then take the evening flight from Chiang Rai to Bangkok, where your guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. B, L, D |
| Day 11 | Bangkok | You leave early in the morning to visit the Floating Market. Here you will ride on the canals through an older Thai river neighborhood and onto the actual Floating Market area. You can have lunch at the Rose Garden and enjoy the grounds. Possibly go to the cobra show. Then we return you to your hotel. B Evening option: The Joe Louis Puppet Show. |
| Day 12 | Siem Reap | Today you fly to Siem Reap where your guide will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is free to rest and enjoy the grounds. B, (lunch on plane) |
| Day 13 | Siem Reap | We will begin the Angkor Wat tour with Angkor Thom, the ancient city, and Angkor Wat, the ancient temple City. After a mid-day break you will go to the ancient temple of Angkor Wat itself. Then we will take a late afternoon cruise on Ton Le Sap (the Great Lake). Afterwards you will return to your hotel. | Day 14 | Siem Reap | You will visit some of the most spectacular sites in Angkor Wat, including Ta Prohm and Bantay Srei. Evening option: Sunset view from mound of Phnom Bakeng. B, D |
| Day 15 | Return USA | Today you will be flown back to the USA. |
