| Day 2 | Al-Mahwit | Peek inside the lovely latticed windows of an 18th century rock palace. Seeming to grow out of the rocky crag upon which it stands, this impressive palace is symbolic of Yemeni architecture. |
| Days 3-4 | Al-Hajjarah | Trek in the Haraz Mountains and stop in at a coffee plantation. |
