Airport Transfers
In the Winter season, Trafalgar includes airport transfers from Heathrow* and Gatwick** between the Airport and Central London for all passengers, providing you stay in a Trafalgar London hotel (booked by Trafalgar Tours) on the night of your arrival and the night prior to the date of your departure, and your flights have been booked directly by Trafalgar. *Heathrow please note: arrival transfers are provided for flights landing between 05.00-21.00 and departure transfers are provided for flights departing between 08.00-22.00. **Gatwick please note: passengers must arrive at Gatwick Airport prior to 1.00pm to receive a Hotelink arrival transfer. If arriving after 1.00pm, and Trafalgar Tours has booked your air reservation, then you will receive Gatwick Express tickets to Central London and then continue by taxi (at your own expense) to your Trafalgar London hotel. Departure transfers are provided for flights departing between 08.00-22.00. If you have made your own reservations, then you should make your own transfer arrangements to your London hotel.
